Our Team

Meet the dedicated individuals who make V-PASS possible

The mentorship that V-PASS provides to students in need is voluntary. We hope that mentors could help mentees fulfill their potential, while providing guidance and information that they otherwise may not have access to.

- After the application form closes, mentors and V-PASS team will work together to determine which mentee(s) a mentor can take on.

- Mentors are expected to provide guidance that fit the current needs of their mentees.

- Mentors and mentees should decide together a meeting schedule that works best for both, as well as setting expectations that align.

- V-PASS will provide support to mentors during the mentorship but will not intervene in the mentorship itself. In the event that mentors need to step back, please notify V-PASS a month in advance so we could find alternative support for the mentee.

- Kind, humble, respectful, and frank guidance are much appreciated.

Detailed guide will be provided once you're matched with a mentee.
