Mentee General Guide

Mentees receiving support from V-PASS's mentors are expected to come prepared with questions and a desire to learn. Since the mentorship is voluntary, please be respectful of the mentor's time and efforts, while making sure to be transparent about your needs so that the mentor can provide guidance that is most helpful.

Please also work with your mentor to figure out a meeting schedule that works for both and set expectations that align.

During the length of the mentorship, feel free to reach out to V-PASS if you have any concern or would like to give feedback about the mentor.

A respectful and frank working relationship is expected of both the mentor and mentee.

Finally, as the goal of the mentorship is to help you succeed at minimal cost, consider helping others succeed as well whenever you're in a position to do so.
